These wonderful Clients contacted us during the early days of the pandemic. Their dilemma was one that we all came to recognize during these past few years – how to create spaces within our homes where multiple individuals can live AND work in harmony.
We took an open, communal area on their first floor and created a wall of glass windows and doors to separate it from the rest of the first floor to create a new “work from home” space. Using glass windows and doors let the light shine through while keeping noise to a minimum.
On the 2nd floor, we added a dedicated coffee station to the existing kitchen/dining area to satisfy those work-from-home caffeine cravings! On the top floor, we added a new wet bar with refrigeration to serve the outdoor deck area. Happy hour on your own rooftop bar!
