A complete home renovation in Philadelphia’s Fairmount neighborhood. We completely demo-ed this house from basement to roof and updated all of the systems, added energy efficiency and sound deadening spray foam insulation to all of the walls and the roof, re-worked the floor plan, installed new staircases, installed new hardwood flooring throughout, and designed and installed two new bathrooms and new kitchen. We created unity by using similar tones in paint, tile, and hardwood throughout the house with pops of color like the beautiful navy vanity in the primary bathroom.
